Chef – Ida Espada
Ida's passion for cooking spans her life time. She was inspired by her mother and grandmother's kitchen mastery.
Since childhood, Ida has always found herself being involved with all the cooking at her family's functions. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and growing up in the capital of the world, New York City, she has transformed that passion in to a profession. Ida has catered many private events and public functions over the years. At El Coquito, she is involved in bringing that taste of home to you.
